The Acoustic Signature Hurricane NEO is a high-mass turntable that introduces the company’s multi-motor drive concept in a more accessible format. Its massive aluminum chassis incorporates Constraint Layer Damping (CLD) technology, while the 24 lb anodized aluminum platter features eight Silencer modules for platter vibration reduction.

The Hurricane NEO uses two completely insulated AC motors with an RPM-regulated double-belt drive and speed fine adjustment for the subplatter. An external DMC-20 digital motor controller provides the drive system with a super-stable multi-voltage power supply and incorporates Acoustic Signature’s Level 1 Anti-Vibration Control (AVC).

A high-precision Dura Turn Diamond bearing with a diamond-coated spindle supports the platter, while three height-adjustable gel-damped aluminum feet provide a stable three-point setup. The turntable is prepared for up to three tonearms, with adjustable armboards designed to accommodate 9- to 12-inch tonearms.
