The Acoustic Signature Merlin NEO is a compact, precision-engineered turntable created as part of the company’s 30th Anniversary Edition. Its space-efficient design combines Acoustic Signature’s vibration-control technology, isolated motor system and Dura Turn Diamond bearing in a compact aluminum chassis.
The Merlin NEO uses a single external motor unit with a belt-drive system and speed fine adjustment, supporting 33⅓ and 45 RPM. Level 1 AVC (Anti-Vibration Control) is incorporated into the motor system, while the high-precision Dura Turn Diamond bearing supports the anodized aluminum platter.
A one-piece aluminum chassis provides the main structural platform, while three height-adjustable gel-damped aluminum feet provide support. The turntable includes a Rega tonearm base and is designed to accommodate one TA-500 NEO 9-inch tonearm.
