SILVER CONDUCTORS
At the heart of the design is ultra-pure silver, the highest conductive metal available. The filigree silver strands developed for IKIGAI Audio® provide an effective signal cross-section of almost 1.00 mm² per polarity (approx. AWG 17.5), ensuring excellent current flow and signal integrity.
NEW IMPROVED STAR QUAD ARCHITECTURE
The star-quad geometry has been further refined for high-end audio performance.
Key advantages include:
- Excellent noise rejection
- Lower inductance
- Improved channel separation
- More stable and precise sound staging
NATURAL COTTON DIELECTRIC
Instead of Teflon, this cable uses ultra-fine natural cotton insulation to create a mostly air-based dielectric environment. A low-capacitance protective layer keeps its properties stable over time, improving both durability and consistency.
Benefits:
- Lower dielectric absorption
- Reduced phase distortion
- Cleaner signal transmission
- Natural vibration damping
- Very low microphonic effect
CARBON AND COPPER MESH SHIELDING
The TANSO uses a multi-layer shielding system combining carbon and copper mesh to reduce high-frequency interference. Signal grounding and shielding are fully separated, and the shielding can be independently grounded when required.
This results in:
- Higher micro-detail retrieval
- Greater dynamic realism
- Stronger noise rejection
TERMINATION — ETI RESEARCH CODA CONNECTORS
Each cable is terminated with ETI Research CODA connectors, made from pure silver. The connections are laser-welded directly to the silver conductors, creating a true point-to-point signal path without traditional contact resistance.
Benefits include:
- No solder-related impurities
- Reduced phase distortion
- Improved signal purity
- Lower signal loss
