The Vertere Mystic MC is a precision-engineered moving-coil phono cartridge designed to extract a high level of musical information from vinyl. Its solid aluminium-alloy body is carefully mass-tuned to the generator, helping provide a stable platform while controlling unwanted mechanical vibration. A specialised Tri-Point Contact system further supports precise mechanical coupling to the tonearm.
At its core, the Mystic uses a Samarium-Cobalt magnet with a pure-copper cross-coil generator. An aluminium tube cantilever and micro-elliptical bonded diamond stylus are designed to combine responsive groove tracking with extended high-frequency performance. With a 0.5mV output and a stated 10Hz–40kHz frequency response, the Mystic is built for detailed, dynamic and precise analogue reproduction.
